This man and his son are very the most unprofessional and very disrespectful to customers I’ve ever met.. if you question what he has done for the sudden increase in price as previously agreed, he will take it as an offence, he started shouting and insulting me in the presence of my family. I asked him to leave with full payment however he continued to shout abusive statements on his way out stating how my home is a shithole as compared to his big house.
He kicked my gate on his way out. He is lucky there’s no option for uploading a video showing his actions but i have them both recorded.
For a peace of mind kindly do not hire.

To all who read this it actually went the other way round this customer began being offensive the moment I presented him with the bill of £425. He stated he is a big man and this is nothing to him whilst shouting and cursing at us. We done a fault finding diagnosis plus call out fee £90, drove 50 miles ether way to pick up his part for the boiler cost of part £85 returned and fitted the (part) a plate heat exchanger and we also installed a limescale reducer £250 labour, collection, supply & fit of both parts at 7pm at night. All prices were made clear and transparent to him from the onset and he chose to go ahead with our services which we carried out most effectively and to a professional standard as we always do.
