A brilliant service. Will be my regular plumber from now on. Affable, punctual and quick. Ben was the only plumber that gave a reasonable quote for the service provided. His was also the only FIXED PRICE quote. No added blah or gimmicks. Highly reccomend.

Unreliable. Did not turn up as promised. I arranged a day off for the repair. but he did not turn up. Promised to arrange another date but never was rechable. not at all dependable.

After a problem with the boiler at my BTL property Ben went around and temporarily fixed this and gave me a quote to repair - Ben was honest that it was an old boiler and even with the repairs it could brake again in the future and economically it may make sense to install a new boiler. Whilst debating this the boiler broke again and we decided to proceed with the installation of an Ideal Standard Independant 30k Boiler with 7yr guarantee. The weather turned and our tenants were without heating/hot water - Ben Kindly rearranged his diary and installed the Boiler on a Saturday morning for us - making a neat job and Installation. I researched the boiler and looked a the installation costs that other tradesman would quote and Bens cost's were very competitive. When you consider that this was an emergency call out and an emergency installation - the cost was very very competitive. All in all - I found Ben Ben's communication throughout this to first rate and would recommend him to anyone else who needs a new boiler installed in the same position.

Did the job quickly and at a convenient time, also the price was right. Can recommend this company and will definitely use again.
