    Leaking Boiler

    Very swift response. Ben provided good communication and feedback via Whatsapp, including photos before and after. Important for me as I am a non resident landlord so was not on site during the repair.

    - Service single appliance **Customer description** I need a gas safe engineer to connect gas hob and give a certificate.

    He came on time, did the job. Good price. I will definitely use him again for my future jobs.

    Boiler replacement

    Ben is really nice a pleasure to have working in your home. Found his quote reasonable. Did a good job would recommend and use again.

    Replacement of Radiator

    I hired Ben to replace my bathroom after finding him on here when I needed a couple of radiators replaced. Thoughout the job there were several hiccups along the way which caused the job to overrun, not Ben's fault. Ben did come back and finish it, but after a few days it was obvious he had rushed the job and not finished it properly. I began to notice several things wrong (after I had paid him) e.g. leaking under the sink, cracking in the grout etc. Tried to call but Ben to ask that he come back and fix it and he has not responded to my calls. Having to pay another tradesman to rectify the issues. So overall not happy with the service.

    Replace Potterton Apollo 25 boiler for Valiant boiler

    Ben did a great job. He was quick and very professional. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

    Hot water system

    Unreliable, gave me a date and time waited for him and he never showed up tried to contact him and he won't pick up or respond to txt, even though I had spoken to him earlier to confirm times.
