Ben responded to my urgent call and was on site promptly. He had a look at the boiler and provided me with excellent advice and options available. He also installed my gas hob, no issues whatsoever. Would happily hire him again for aylny gas works. Apologies to him as my staircase wasn't quite ready to receive him.
