William and his team replaced our bathroom recently and we’re delighted with the result. George, Gitza and Mircea were great, not intrusive at all and always happy to discuss what they were doing and consider potential changes. They didn’t leave a mess and were careful to protect the rest of the flat while they worked. William is always available on the phone, never took decisions without consulting us first and paid regular visits to make sure work was progressing as expected. They went above and beyond what was expected of them, helping fix an issue with the boiler and replacing some wiring in the kitchen along the way, and were able to come out the same day and fix the problem when we found a small leak in the shower after the job was finished. Would definitely recommend these guys, and will be using them for any work we have done in future.

I was very happy with the work that Bill and his team undertook. Bill was generally responsive and prompt and his team worked around delays caused by the weather to get the job done in a timely fashion. We're pleased with the end result, which was done neatly and has vastly improved the surface of the terrace. We would be happy to recommend his team for similar jobs.

William was extremely helpful, thorough, and responsive. He provided a comprehensive quote, answered all our questions, and also went above and beyond in arranging for a specialist to come and do electrical testing at short notice. He seems extremely knowledgeable and is very pleasant to deal with.
