APL Property Services fitted my kitchen, including an oak worktop with an undermount sink with drainer grooves, concealed lighting and tiling. APL are very professional in their approach, in terms of working out the exact requirements of the job, the units and fittings needed and keeping to the schedule and have the work completed on time. Anthony always had the right tools for the job, and he and his assistant worked very hard to achieve the best possible finish. Each aspect of the job was done to an extremely high standard – if there were problems with plumbing or wiring, Anthony was able to sort these out and to a better standard than the original. I would have no hesitation in recommending Anthony, as he is highly skilled in joinery, tiling and kitchen fitting – even after he had been paid in full, he came back to do the silicon joint between the tiles and worktop, once the worktops had been oiled and sealed. I am very pleased with the standard of the work and everyone who has seen my kitchen is very impressed. All I can say is, thank you Anthony, for taking such care and attention to all the details and I have a lovely kitchen to enjoy now.

APL have just finished fitting my kitchen. I am delighted with it. Anthony had some great ideas about creating extra storage in dead space under the breakfast bar and enhancing the final look by adding under cabinet lighting. Anthony also had sensible, cost effective solutions for addressing problems that came to light as the work progressed. He takes great pride in his work and is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. The price he quoted for supplying and fitting the kitchen was very reasonable and he has performed a quality job. He is also very pleasant to have around the house and leaves everywhere tidy each evening. If you thinking of having a new kitchen then I can highly recommend him.

Anthony fitted us into his schedule at very short notice. He fitted our kitchen quickly and efficiently. Anthony talked to us about each problem as they occurred and worked with us to find solutions. I'm made up with the work Tony has carried out fitting my new kitchen. His standard of work and finish is very high. Tony attended when he said he would and worked long hours to get the job done. Throughout the fitting he communicated with me ensuring I was happy with the progression of the work being carried out. His price was also excellent. I have no hesitation recommending this gentleman to anyone. Thanks Tony!!!

Cant thank them enough for the worktops fitted. Excellent and professional service fitted for worktops (black laminate) with three seemless joints. Provided suggestions for solution to fitting it the best way and it was all finished to a high standard. The also fitted our new sink and tap, which would have been a sturggle for us to do after. Turned up on time and fitted us in at short notice. Highly recommended. Thank you.

APL cut and fitted our solid oak worktops to our kitchen units and centre island. They also fitted an undermount sink with draining grooves in the oak top. They are friendly and professional and obviously know what they're doing. They arrived to quote and talked us through the job. They expressed their concern about the corner sink that we had picked as it may cause problems in a year or two with the solid oak tops. Really appreciated this advice as some workmen would just do the job a scarper. They managed to fit our job in at short notice so I could have a kitchen for Christmas, even though they had finished taking jobs on for the year. The finish is brilliant and I have absolutely no complaints. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Anthony completed the kitchen fit to a very high standard and at a competitive price. I was very impressed with the standard of the kitchen unit and worktop fitting and would be happy to recommend him. Any additional jobs that arose were completed at a reasonable cost and agreed prior to being undertaken. We had several tradesmen visit to view/quote the work and Anthony was the only one to recommend an alternative longer worktop meaning we had one less join and consequently a better finish. This showed me he was knowledgable in his trade and recommended what was best for the job not just what worked in his interests. Anthony cleaned up each evening so meant we returned from work to a tidy house.

Anthony suggested a better option to fix the front door frame and carried out an excellent job. He was quick, polite, efficient and tidied up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Anthony and plan to use him again for other jobs.

I would like to say I hired Anthony to fix my squeaky floors upstairs. He quoted a great price and he did an excellent job. He is a very polite guy and explained what he needed to do and showed me in stages. He also moved my sons wardrobe to fix the floor and put it back for me, and cleaned up afterwards, you wouldn't even know that I'd had the work done. I would have no hesitation in recommending Anthony to any future customers. I've kept his number and would definitely use him again if any other work needs doing in my home.

Anthony talked us through all the options for the extractor and Anthony found a way to round any problems along the way. Anthony even completed some smaller jobs round the house at short notice and all jobs have been done professionally.
