I would recommend Anthony at APL property services to anyone out there looking for a reliable and reasonably priced kitchen fitter and tiler. Anthony came to fit my kitchen early on a Thursday morning and was finished by the afternoon of the Friday. He fitted an L shaped kitchen, wall units, floor units, sink, oven and hob with hood, as well as fitting the worktops. There was also some electrical work required. Anthony did such a great job that I wasked him back to do my tiling which has just been finshed and I am chuffed to bits with. Reliable, really friendly and very hardworking. Highly recommended. Thanks a lot!

Great job done bit of confusion over start date though even on the day he should have started he at least came around to the house to advise rather than not showing up or telephoning, would hire again as he also has various other trades

Anthony did an excellent and very professional job. He was always punctual and worked extremely hard, not leaving until the day's objectives were met. We were very happy with the finished kitchen and would definately use Anthony again.

APL and Anthony did a good job fitting our new kitchen. The price agreed was the price paid (only a couple of sundry items were extra which seemed reasonably priced and we were made aware of). We had a lot of quotes, but the reason we chose APL was beacuse Anthony came to see the job before quoting for it. We were confident that the costs would not escalate due to this. The one thing that went a little wrong after completing the job (a little bit of plaster came down a few days after the job was finished) was fixed and dealt with quickly and not just left. Therefore, we would recommend APL as we had our kitchen fitted for a competitive price and there was after care backup.

Very unhappy with the quality of the work. When the carpets were fitted half of the skirting boards came away from the wall. Both the sills were cut but not finished with pencil marks and rough edges. Called Anthony to ask him to come over and resolve the problems. He was too busy to fit it in for a week. Asked me to send him photos to see if it was his fault or the carpet fitters. Eventually agreed to come and have a look at it 3 days later. We decided against having him come back and to get the job done properly by another tradesperson. On cancelling him coming back I got a text message from him complaining about the manner of my complaint and for messing him about. If you want cheap joinery go ahead. If you want quality work with a quality material (oak in our case) use someone else.

I can't speak too highly of Anthony and Co. They came when they said they would did what they said they would all at a very reasonable price. Some of the work they did for me was over and above my layman knowledge when I booked The job with them and it took longer than I had thought it would when I first booked the job but Anthony worked through all the problems and completed the work at no extra cost to me. I Would recommend them 100%.The kitchen and work area was left spotless when they had finished I would say look no further.

excellent job- replastering and replacing skirting boards- good price and the jobs was finished professionally and quickly. Also skimmed other areas that needed doing at no extra cost. Very happy with the work and would use again-recommended

Anthony did a great job of fitting a new worktop, panelling a breakfast bar, & trimming / re-hanging 4 doors. He is a really nice guy, is 100% reliable, does a brilliant & very professional job, & even takes time out to clean up afterwards - all for a very reasonable price!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, and I've already arranged for him to do some more work for me!!!!
