I originally asked for someone to fit an IKEA kitchen but Anthony gave me a better quote to supply and fit a similar one. I am delighted with the fantastic job they have done for me...supplied all the appliances I wanted too. I supplied the flooring and it was laid perfect. I would recommend APL Property Services for anyone looking for a new kitchen. Brilliant job guys :-)

Anthony was excellent and the kitchen is fantastic

Anthony and the team did a great with on my property. They showed up when they said they would, were knowledgeable and where able to suggest alternatives where necessary. It was agreed at the outset that payment would be made in stages. When work was underway and the unexpected cropped up (this is property we are talking about!), Anthony explained the issues clearly and was able to offer solutions. Allowing for the unforeseen surprises, work was completed pretty much on time. This included damp treatment, rewiring, plastering, decorating, floor tiling, and installing a new kitchen and French doors. Anthony is very thorough and ensures nothing is missed, including the details as well as the more obvious stuff. I would certainly recommend APL and I plan to use them again. Thanks to MyBuilder too - for us homeowners it's a valuable website.

We hired APL Property services to reconfigure, design and fit a new kitchen. We had a separate dining room and kitchen and wanted to knock down the separating wall to create a larger kitchen/diner. APL Property Services carried out all the work to a very high standard. Anthony and his team were very committed to the job and worked hard with skill and expertise from start to finish. We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and would highly recommend APL Property Services, we would definitely hire them again.

Anthony and his team did a fantastic job fitting my new kitchen. Professional, high quality workmanship at a very reasonable cost. Far cheaper than the big high street DIY stores. Anthony had some great ideas and suggestions, and knew what he was talking about. Everything was done exactly as requested. Communications were excellent with a prompt response to all my queries no matter how small. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a job done well. Big thanks Anthony :)

Anthony is very precise in his planning, he spent time making sure the design would work for me and was careful to explain everything. He made sure he stuck to the quote he had given me and worked hard to finish the job on schedule. He is thorough, extremely hardworking, trustworthy and a generally good bloke who left me with a kitchen I'm really proud of! Thanks Anthony!

A fantastic job from start to finish. Would highly recommend Anthony and his team. They were very professional through whole process of designing kitchen and also giving extra advice and ideas. Job was started and completed on time with minimum disturbance and mess. Anyone looking for a reliable, honest and hardworking team look no further than APL.

Would recommend APL Property, they have recently installed my kitchen and i am delighted with their workmanship. They turned up when they said they would and worked hard to complete the job. There are issues with the sink which is not their problem as it arrived with a crack in it but Anthony is helping me find an alternative one and is coming back to fit it on Tuesday.

No problem. If you want a kitchen fitted, these are the guys to get hold of. Anthony came to the house and did a thorough and accurate survey.He also highlighted any problems that he may come across and we discussed any costs involved. ie ,He had to relay the gas supply to accommodate the appliance set up ,no problem for these guys. Don't choose your kitchen until you have spoken to Tony . He has his own supplier and the quality is the best, and superior to the big chain stores. He fitted my kitchen with a view to precision and speed.He can also supply your appliances at a good price. I had the floor and walls tiled ,new ring main fitted with extra sockets , totally repiped and plastered. conc. ealed lighting .No sign of cables or pipes and they left the place clean every night. But the biggest factor, apart from the quality, Tony gave me a damn good price. Nice guys and a really GOOD job. Thanks Anthony. Recommended.!
