This review does not accurately reflect what occurred.Payment was made by bank transfer, not cash, and the contracted work was completed in line with the agreed quotation. As damp specialists, we treat the underlying issue, we do not provide a decorating service. We advised that the area should be sanded before painting, which is standard practice, you refused to do this so offered to carry out a small plaster patch as a gesture of goodwill. We arranged a return visit and you cancelled the appointment when we were 5 minutes away. After we turned around, further demands, accusations that we had been dishonest about our whereabouts and threats followed. We also had to deal with an unsuccessful chargeback attempt despite the agreed work having been completed. We stand by the quality of our work and always aim to resolve concerns professionally and fairly.
