Lucas was really good he explained everything and was really thorough and extremely helpful, not only did he do the job I asked for he also did a complete check of the boiler and gas system and gave really helpful advice. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Lucas was very prompt and speedy at diagnosing and fixing the problem. This had been caused due to Yorkshire Boilers (a terrible initial choice of company) failing to fit my new Viessmann boiler properly and omitting the filter, which caused sludge and flakes to build up in the heat exchanger plate. A terrible degree of negligence by the company. Lucas immediately spotted the problem and fixed it within a day of contacting him, powerflushing the system for almost half the cost of what Yorkshire Boilers and Viessmann were charging, and he also offered me a guarantee of the work which Yorkshire Boilers and Viessmann refused to do. Thoroughly pleased with the work and would recommend Lucas to anyone.

Was able to attend an emergency job at short notice. Really appreciated the plumber spending the time I'm to speak to me to work through the problem before attending property and giving me the full breakdown of the costs I would accure. Very friendly and took his shoes off without even needing to be asked on new carpets. All work completed on the same day and also guaranteed.

Fantastic service from start to finish. So unbelievably tidy too. Would highly recommend and I would look no further as these guys are great. Lovely men (father and son) couldn’t have asked for better service. They were really considerate and careful of our brand new tiling. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely use again and have already recommended to a friend!

Couldn't be happier with the service that I received from Lucas. Not only did he arrive on time, as promised, he diagnosed the issue with my boiler, fixed it and serviced it for me. I now have heat and hot water. Very professional, polite and punctual. I would highly recommend Lucas to anyone, I will definitely be using him in the future. What can I say, 10 out of 10.
