I spoke to Lucas just yesterday about the service on my boiler. He managed to fit in the visit this morning, which I very much appreciated. Lucas did the perfect job, he got straight to work and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for better service, and will definitey be back in touch with Lucas when I have plumbing/heating needs in our new house.

Lukas, the gas engineer, came and assessed what was wrong with my boiler. He ordered the part required and upon receipt of same rang me immediately and came to sort my boiler. He was a very polite young man and a very efficient and thorough engineer making sure all radiators were working correctly and where needed he bled the radiators. I finally had hot water and heating. I would highly recommend Lukas to anyone.
