Service he provided was excellent he did a fantastic job serviced my boiler and capped my gas fire off kept his number to service my boiler every year lovely guy great job highly recommend

Lucas was excellent and handled our issues with our boiler exceptionally quickly, as well as giving very useful advice regarding the maintenance and care of the boiler. Communication was great throughout, and I would definitely recommend for any future work.

From start to finish, Lucas was exceptional. We found ourselves with no hot water, and after Lucas did various in depth checks we realised that we would need a new boiler installed. Lucas was fantastic, explaining all the checks he did, what was wrong, rang suppliers for spare parts (which unfortunately were obsolete due to our existing boiler being 20+ years old and not looked at since installation!) and even offered a finance plan and to install a new boiler the next day. He explained the pros and cons of different boiler brands, and which he believed would be best for our house. The quote was also incredibly competitive (over £1000 cheaper than another company). Lucas and his dad installed our new upgraded boiler two days later, adding lots of extras too such as a wireless thermostat and hard water filter, which he then explained how to use upon completion. Lucas and his dad were extremely polite, considerate, tidy, and all round lovely people too. They communicated all stages really well and checked we were happy throughout. I would highly recommend Lucas to anyone for his professionalism and exceptional standard of work. It was a genuine pleasure dealing with him. Thank you Lucas!

Fantastic work done, these guys take pride in everything they do from start to finish and its been an absolute pleasure, they were both polite and kind towards my children (even hired my daughter for the day :') ) lucas came and fixed my fault that was displaying on the boiler not only that he came back and fitted me a brand new boiler which I cannot thank him enough for. Keep safe you guys and thank you once again
