Intexure provided an excellent service. They were on time, very polite and provided a reasonable quote. When tbw came to do the work, they fixed the issue and didn't charge extra when it turns out more work was required. Overall it was a positive experience and I recommend them.

We recently hired Lucian for a number of jobs in our flat. First impressions were he was very responsive and flexible to fit around our schedule for the initial consultation. It was clear he has a wide breadth of knowledge with a professional and friendly approach and we were more than happy to hire him once we'd talked through the work. He even wore covers on his shoes which was a nice touch! The quote was very reasonable and the costs clearly broken down so there were no hidden surprises. Lucian was punctual throughout and the initial work was carried out quickly and to a high level. He constantly communicated throughout and provided feedback so we knew what was happening. When we hit an unforeseen problem he gave different alternatives to fix it and we were delighted with the outcome. We'll definitely be keeping his number in our phone for any future jobs!

He mounted my TV perfectly on the wall, installed a new bathroom shower along with a shower screen and mirror, and even fitted a ceiling light. Anuj and team made a concrete base for me and fitted a pergola. They were quite courteous and were on time for the work - better than what I have experienced with other builders/worksmen. However the work itself left a lot to be desired. The concrete is already starting to come off, the finishing around the edges is not neat, a paved area near that base was left with concrete splattered all over which needs to be cleaned now. The worse part was that the Pergola was not fitted correctly, they did not clamp the legs down securely enough, one leg is screwed down with only 1 bolt whereas it should have 4. The roof opening mechanism doesnt work. To give benefit of doubt, they told me that two center louvre screws were missing, which i got resent by the supplier. But when the supplier's men came and inspected they found that the drive shaft in the roof opening mechanism is also broken. In effect now I have had the supplier come out to repair the pergola and I have ended up paying more.
