Latest review:Guttering-Gutters needed clearing and one section needed repairing which was completed however next time it rained we noticed a dripping sound coming from the gutters were the repair work had been done. I contacted Mr Murphy on 2 occasions to see if he could come and take a look and seal/repair the leak but my messages were never responded to which was really disappointing.

Rating: 5 out of 5 55197 reviewsI contacted the company as the front guttering had come down. Paul Harris went to have a look and quoted £250 to renew the section that had come down. I asked him if the fascia board was in satisfactory condition and he replied it was fine. The works were completed and I paid for the job promptly. Then 2 months later on the guttering he worked on was leaking badly. I called him and he said it was because of the worn rubber seals. He was not willing to come and fix the fault free of charge even though he only fixed it 2 months prior. I contacted other builders and they have said the fascia board where the guttering is fixed to is rotten causing the gutter to sag and the clips were the wrong size and therefore rainwater overflowing over the edge of the gutter. I gave Paul Harris an opportunity to respond and fix the issue but he was unhelpful and was blaming me for poor maintenance and said he only carried out the works which i had asked. But this was based on his own advice.
