Mark came across to do the wall papering over a month ago.After coming back on the night we could see the paper had over lapped and there were places also where the paper was not joint. Mark agreed to come back but said he was busy. I have contacted him numerous times to redo the wall. He agreed but now after giving him time / chances he has decided not to respond back to me. A waste of £30 to do four drops. He even took the wall paper paste that I purchased the bloody cheek.

Replacement of upvc window hinges in upstairs room. The fitter responded and came out the same day . He assessed the job and changed the hinges at the same time. I am very pleased with the finished job and the very reasonable price the cheapest that i was quoted from several others. I would definitely hire him again if needed.

My name is Luke and I have been self employed since I was a teenager. My main trade is Cladding and roofing at an industrial scale; however there is not an option to pick as a main trade! Currently I work full time in my trade but I am trying to earn more money to pay for a mortgage deposit for my girlfriend and 18 month old daughter! Starting out, for a few years I gained residential experience in home refurbishment, as a carpenter and decorator. On the side I would build flat pack furniture! More recently I have undertaken jobs installing fascia's, gutters and soffits residentially. I have very high a understanding and experience with SFS, rain screen, curtain walls, render and soffit systems! Very familiar with installing Fire protection using systems like Tenmat and Siderise. I am currently on a 2 year site contract for this! I am quite knowledgeable with tech, building my own computer recently and helping others in my free time with both hardware an software issues. My father and I have built and maintain our own 6ft deep, 5x3 metre pond and currently own a tropical fish tank that holds over 100 litres! This means I have a good understanding of fish and how to properly habit and care for them! No job is too small!

We contacted Ben after seeing a drive he had completed locally to us and saw is advertising board. Ben came to look at the job and listen to what we wanted, the main thing was to raise the garden to get rid of the slope that was there as my husband and had a few falls in the garden with it being uneven. Bens work is fantastic and he has gone above and beyond to ensure we have what we wanted. Ben came every day he said he would, even on rainy days to ensure everything was ok. He ensured the garden was safe for our little Yorkie to use on a night time and always left a path way clear for my husband to walk to his car clear. Our garden looks fantastic and we are so happy with it, the garden area for our vegetable plot is now safe for my husband to use. He is also coming back on Saturday to back all the garden furniture that he moved. We would recommend Ben to anyone and will be using him again for other jobs we need doing.
