Wonderful experience. Mark built my chest of drawers in one hour! He only charged £45 and I was quoted a lot more by other tradesmen on here. He is super friendly and approachable. We lived in Milton Keynes so we really appreciated him travelling. He replied super quickly to texts despite it being late at night and the overall experience was perfect. I was firstly let down and no communication after agreeing a date and time. When i contacted Lewis he said he would look overnight at his diary and get back to me the next morning, this didn't happen. When i chased he eventually came but when putting the blind up, didn't try the pull chords so when i did, it fell on my head causing a big lump. He then said he'd fill in where it fell down and attach to the wood further up, it was then too short for the window but hadn't measured it. He left without cleaning up. My concern is H&S missing and failure to make sure everything would fit first It’s shocking and unacceptable you could blame me for this, you should have checked your job thoroughly before starting and I did my tug hard enough to pull blinds down. Malcolm Renovation were excellent today. Turned up on time (was 15 mins early) but even better. Spoke to me about the job & how he was going to do it. Excellent manners & very courteous.
