Hars was very professional throughout and responded in a timely manner whenever I had any queries. He provided good background information to my requirements and was extremely through and knowledgeable but was not pushy in any way when visiting my house to survey the property. All work is to a very high standard and comes with a minimum 12 month guarantee. Building work guarantees are a lot longer. Details provided in our quotes. We offer complete service from start to finish. If it is an extension or loft conversion we can do the drawings required and carry it through to the completion of the completion of the project.
Absolutely amazing! From the beginning and all throughout, both Wes and his team of 5-6, have been legends From consultation Wes himself was very understanding of our family situation and needs. Our property is modest and the aim was function, but with a consideration for form and flow. Wes built an extension, annexe and kitchen build. We were signposted very well through stages of the build. What we loved best as well as the lovely spaces we have, was the consistency of attendance from Wes’s team. Really got to know them well and they were very respectful and friendly, without being unnecessarily intrusive. The attention to detail and hard work from every single member of the team was astounding. Very thoughtful, considerate, clean and tidy. They answered our many questions and carefully considered our neighbours wishes aswell. Would definitely recommend the lads. Was a pleasure to have them round and hopefully we’ll cross paths again. Toby has been amazing. We chose Toby mainly because he wanted to design us a family home that worked for us. He was extremely patient as we weren’t always sure and came up with great ideas. Nothing was too much trouble. As we were new to this, he was always very supportive when we had questions / wanted a quick phone call. We’re incredibly happy with the results and our planning has passed! Having worked on 100’s of successful planning applications the key to success is the discussions throughout the design process with the client. It is something I offer to clients and find they are often surprised with design options that they never realised were possible.

Regarding Mark Bly of 'Mark it Out': Mark did a great job in seeing my project through his eyes as the plans showed. He followed the build and tackled areas of concern that appeared in the early stages. He captured the stage builds on camera and actively discussed the project with both the builders and me.
