I hired Chris to lay my laminate flooring, and I couldn’t be happier with the service and the finished result. From start to finish, Chris was professional, reliable and extremely helpful. His communication throughout the process was exceptional, keeping me fully informed before, during and after the work. The quality of his workmanship was excellent, and he took great care to make sure everything was finished to a high standard. He was also very accommodating when my sofa delivery was brought forward by a day, staying longer today to make sure everything was completed in time. It’s clear that Chris takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing a great service. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, trustworthy and hardworking flooring installer. I’m extremely pleased with the finished floor and would definitely use his services again.

Scott arrived with his colleague Sam on time and eager to start my handyman jobs. They were very polite, courteous, and professional. Communication was great throughout the process. I had a small list of window issues and outside painting that needed attention which they were able to accomplish in a timely manner. There was a good effort at making the best of the tired front of the house and the back windows. Everything was done as requested with the agreed materials and I now have a clean and presentable look streetside, a weatherproof protected bay window roof, as well as windows that open and close properly and won't be drafty or let in the rain. I'm all set for winter. Great job. They also left the area tidy before leaving. Would recommend, and will be using this handyman service again.

Hi I'm Anthony/Tony, a 53yo electrician, inspector & tester currently registered under Napit (83430) born in the UK with over 20years experience working solely within the electrical industry. I mostly specialise in EICR safety checks and certification for landlords, estate agents (5years) and domestic customers to keep their house insurance valid (10years). The most common job I do is, the supply and fitting of a new fuseboard/CU together with certification and local authority notification. As a member of Napit and the CPS scheme, all workmanship and installations carry a 6 year warranty. Even if my business ceases to exist, Napit will Guarantee my work for 6 years upto £25k. Any fittings supplied by me will carry a 1 year Warranty providing they have not been tampered with or had excessive use. I'm also a property landlord and have a small rental portfolio in the North of England hence, the 'company name' and I work as an Electrician within that company name. I cover all the usual maintenance work, repairs, fault finding and replacement of fittings, sockets, lighting etc, etc. Wiring and certification for extra sockets & lighting, garden sheds, garages, workshops etc. I will occasionally do domestic or commercial rewires, depending on size and timescale as I generally work alone. Any large rewire or new installation will generally include a contract to agree on the scope, timeline and release dates of money. Also: Insurance quoting (this may include small fee depending on distance?). New build installations including, houses, shops, flats, extensions & loft conversions. Problem solving and solutions. External security lighting. General quoting.

Tony replaced 2 double sockets with new usb ones, fitted a new light switch by chasing out the wall, replastering and painting it making it look as good as new, repaired a ceiling light and fitted an outside double plug socket. He completed the work to an great standard. I would definitely recommend his services.
