I am a sole trader with 7 years property Mataince experience in this time I have undertaken most aspects of building from Carpentry and plumbing to roof repairs and tilling. Also previously to that I have worked on site for complete house referbishmeat and complete new builds and installation of data cables and points (cat6) for schools and large office buildings. My names sam from SB construction im 24 years old and im currently going private. I have been in the construction industry for 4 years. My work consists of -Carpentry and joinery ie. Stud walls, flat roofs, acoustic panelling, joinery, sheds and cabins. -Handyman/maintenace work ie. Fitting tv brackets, fixing door handles, fixing taps and general maintenance work. Brickwork ie. small walls, re pointing, blockwork and general repairs. Painting and decorating ie. Doors, architrave, skirting walls, mist coat external wood, render, filling and bonding. And a whole lot more I can typically travel anyway up to like 30-50 miles away. As im starting out any work is appreciated to increase my portfolio. If we do business together i will always work with you (the owner) to get the best possible price for you and work around that. My labour costs can change due to the job and other various reasons.
