All aspects of decorating also undertaken. Eventually I stuck at tiling as my 1st profession. Ive been tiling now for 20 years both commercialy and in private homes. I'm competent and carry out my work to a top standard with ease. I'm not the cheapest... Rates vary depending on location and specification. Small Jobs are strictly on a day rate basis...eg a 3m2 floor I will not commit to on meterage as it falls below a working days money. (200/280 dependant on location). A 30m2 floor I would only commit to on a m2 basis( price would vary depending on the specific job in hand) I'm reliable and reasonable Meterage price for tiling is between 20 and 40 m2 labour only depending on the specification of the job in hand...

Terry is a lovely man, but unfortunately I found a lack of professionalism and communications from his part. He misjudged the work and waited on the last day to let us know, making an impact on the cost and time would have taken to complete the job. So Terry didn't finish the job he was hired for. Terry has being paid in full, he didn't apologise or tried to find a compromise to complete the job, just tried to justify instead of owing to his mistake.
