I have worked for 35 years in maintenance and the last 21 years as a gas engineer. I left British Gas 4 years ago and now carry out all types of property maintenance. This includes all painting and decorating, garden maintenance, fencing and all odd jobs around a house. I'm still gas safe registered. I will turn up on time and always complete the job I'm on before moving onto the next. All schedules and prices will be agreed before any work starts. I've lived in Chessington for 46 years and worked in and around Surrey and SW London all my working career so have a good knowledge of the local areas.

I cannot recommend Liiam highly enough. Before I had even hired him, he went out of his way to sketch up two different design options so I could visualise the finished result. I purchased the balustrade kit through a third-party supplier, and Liiam even took the time to recover my basket and help ensure I had everything needed. He arrived exactly when he said he would, worked incredibly tidily throughout, and his attention to detail was outstanding. Most importantly, the finished balustrade looks absolutely fantastic and has transformed the space. Liiam clearly takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the quality of the finished job. Asen acted promptly on receipt of being shortlisted and came to the house within 2 hours to assess what was required. He suggested other (better) ways of fitting some items and which surfaces we should consider attaching some things to. He did all the actual work in one day, despite the fact he did not finish work until 7pm. He was meticulous in his work and very careful not to cause any damage to our new home. We will have no hesitation in using his company again.

John is a very good handyman. We had to solve a squeaking noise on a partition wall, a job which isn't the easiest. John went step by step trying to figure it out the source of the squeaking.
