Whilst coming back and doing maintenance on all 3 properties. I have completed many tasks including patios, driveways, flooring, skirting boards, architraves, plumbing fittings, electrical fittings, shed building, wallpaper removal, gates and fences. Part bathroom and kitchen installations, windowsills and many more tasks. I also completed smaller tasks like picture hanging, shelves, Flat pack furniture, blinds and curtain poles. I always work efficiently, tidy and to a very high standard working to budgets to get the best possible product that you are happy with. I am located in Grimsby but I am willing to travel to complete the work at hand. Thanks, Jacob

- Get in touchMagik was excellent. He was professional, organised, clean, concise and did the job in the budget quoted. The previous handyman put down white sealant when it should have been clear and it bled through all the grout if the mosiac tiles. Needed them removed very tiddily nightmare job but he accomplished it perfectly and it looks fabulous now Very pleased with his work. I absolutely recommend and will be using him again!!!
