Welcome to Handy Hands Camberley – providing reliable, multi-trade property maintenance. If you are looking for practical, tidy, and expert help, you are in the right place. I bring a strong, multi-skilled technical background with years of hands-on experience across carpentry, electrical maintenance, plumbing, drainage systems, and general property repairs. I’m not just someone with a basic toolkit—I understand the mechanics behind how things are built and how they work. This means whether I’m trimming a door, fixing a leak, or swapping a socket, every job is approached with strict safety standards, precision, and durable, long-term solutions. What I Can Do For You: ⚡ Electrical "Small Jobs": Replacing light fittings, swapping sockets/switches, and expert general electrical troubleshooting. 🚰 Drainage & Plumbing: Replacing taps and mixers, pipe replacements, professional drain cleaning, fixing leaks, and clearing stubborn blockages. (All general plumbing work undertaken – strictly non-gas). 🪚 Carpentry & Woodwork: Door trimming, hanging, skirting boards, custom shelving, and precise furniture assembly. 🏠 General Maintenance: TV mounting, assembling, and tackling all those lingering tasks on your "to-do" list. Transparent Pricing & No Stress 💰 I believe in fair play, giving you full control over the costs, and offering better value than the big companies. Hourly Rates (Standard Hours: Mon–Sat, 8am–6pm): First Hour (Includes travel and initial assessment): Handyman: £60 Carpentry: £70 Electrical: £70 Plumbing & Drainage: £80 (In most cases, small repairs are completed within this very first hour). Continuation Rates (If additional time is needed): 🔨 General Handyman & Carpentry: £12.00 per ¼ hour ⚡ Electrical Repairs: £16.50 per ¼ hour 🚰 Plumbing & Drainage: £22.00 per ¼ hour Prefer a Fixed Price? The hourly rates above are my standard guidelines. However, if you provide a clear description and photos/details of the job, I am more than happy to provide a Fixed Price Quote up front (factoring in travel and job scope) so you know the exact cost before work begins. (Please note: All material costs are covered by the client). Why Choose Handy Hands Camberley? Safe, methodical, and strictly local. You get expert-level service without the "big company" price tag or the fear of hidden costs. For full details, portfolio photos, and direct enquiries, feel free to search for Handy Hands Camberley online. Let’s get your property back in top shape. ⚠️ A Polite Note Before Reaching Out: I respect your time, and I kindly ask for the same in return. Please only show interest and initiate contact if you are happy with my pricing structure above and genuinely wish to discuss moving forward with the job. Platforms like MyBuilder charge small businesses like mine a lead fee simply for making contact—even if I am not ultimately hired. If my rates don't quite suit your needs, I completely understand, but please simply ignore my quote to save unnecessary costs. Thank you for your understanding!

I’m a young general builder and groundworker looking to take on some extra small jobs alongside my full-time work. I currently work for a large building company, where my day-to-day work includes setting out, excavating and pouring footings, completing oversites and bringing groundworks up to DPC level. I’ve also gained around 5 years of experience across different areas of construction, including carpentry, brickwork, basic plumbing and electrical work, landscaping and general property maintenance. I’m happy to take on anything from small handyman jobs and repairs to garden and landscaping work. Most importantly, I won’t take on work that I’m not confident or appropriately qualified to complete. If something requires a specialist, I’ll be upfront about it and recommend getting the right qualified tradesperson. I’m looking to build a good local reputation through honest advice, fair pricing, reliability and quality work.
