Can provide up front budget estimates for house and extension builds. Agent for obtaining Pre Planning advice, Full Planning Permission, PD. with Lawful Development Certificates., Full Plans Building Regulations. Have contacts for Structural Steelwork and SAP. Heat Loss Calculations if required. I charge on an hourly basis ( Providing Time Sheets accounting for each half hour) at a rate of 65 pounds/hour + travel at half rate. Printing costs for drawing electronic scans and paper copies are passed on at receipt cost. Fully transparent fees with no VAT.
