Ben kept in touch with me at all times and turned up when he said was going to. I asked him to put my IKEA box shelving up which he did effectively. He just said that he didn't bring his hoover so just remember to get your hoover ready when drilling into walls, that would save a lot of mess. But apart from that he is very polite and put the shelving units up for me as asked.
