Prompt reply, I was asked for photo's & asked if they could come to have a look at how much it was & where we were. Arrived early, very polite & professional, gave me a quote, it's more about the weight not the quantity. We hired Steven after he came to quote us on a shared roof garage that was leaking on our neighbours side. He identified the issues quickly and gave us a quote on the spot, which was really nice, to make our mind quickly. We got our neighbor to agree to the work on his side too. Steven has done a massively great job. Through the couple of set backs we had to face, (mainly weather and unforseen extensive work on neighbour side), the work took about a week to complete. Now we have a refelted roof with added angle so that the water stop pooling on it and some new pvc sides and gutter. The whole thing looks smart and done to a very good standard. Steven is already hired for another job on our house roof (chimney) and I am sure if more work needs to be done we will hire him and share his number with friends around!! Don't hesitate to get him. Honest lad!

Jay came to price the job after making contact and his communication was clear. We live in a very old house with lots of quirks; he took this into account and saved us a bit of money with the plastering. Plaster was falling off the ceiling and a couple of walls and he inspected the whole room, telling us we were fine to leave two of the walls as they were, as all seemed solid. I imagine he could have told us to have the whole room done, but instead we only had done what was needed. Jay managed to slot us in quickly, completing the work over two half days (allowing the pre-plaster adhesive coat to dry over night), finishing the job on a Saturday morning as a team of two. The price quoted was what we were charged. It's now been about a month since the work was completed, and we're very happy with the results. The room was skimmed nicely and the surface was very smooth. We coated it with Screwfix bare plaster paint before giving it a top coat, and the finish is great. We'll be using him again for future jobs and I have no problems recommending him.

I had Laurence carry out some work in my bathroom. Replacing my bath, sink and toilet. At the same time replacing my taps etc and shower. The work was completed to a very high standard. Just when talking to Laurence about the work I wanted to have done, it was obvious he had a keen eye for detail and had a very enthusiastic and professional approach to his work. He kept me well informed from start to finish and even followed up with me a few weeks later to check everything was working as it should be (ofcourse it was !).
