We hired James to do some painting work on two properties. He did a fantastic job and completed the work within the time scale promised. He even stayed late in the evening to complete the work. James put his heart and soul into the job, kept me updated on the progress every day. James even did some extra finishing work and never asked for any more payment. We were so happy with his work ethics (which is rare to find now a days) that we decided to pay him more than he quoted, and it was worth every penny.

Steve was so quick to respond to my enquiry and has been such a great help ever since. He arranged to do the job promptly and despite minor complications, completed it well and quickly. He even provided a photograph on the invoice so I knew exactly what the finished article looked like, which goes above and beyond in my opinion as I've never received this from any managing agents' contractors. He also did exactly as asked and gave me a full overview of the condition of the property - making me realise his attention to detail is second to none. I ws very impressed with Mitch. He worked hard and did a very good job. Having removed the gas pipe he left the front of the bungalow looking smart. My shower tray looks great after he resealed it. He uses good materials. He goes the extra mile and made sure that at vulnerable points the shower would not leak. He cleans up after himself. He is a very friendly and obliging young man. I would recommend him and will use him again myself.
