Total restoration of a double fronted Georgian house listed Grade two star in Bury St Edmund's. The top two floors had not been occupied since 1953. All work was overseen by English heritage, refurbishment cost was approximately 200k. Chris was quite new in the construction trade but proved quick to learn the various tasks asked of him. He was reliable, honest and hard working and could work unsupervised, if he's been working in the construction/maintenance industry since then I consider himl able to undertake the position applied for.

Great job sticking down lvt by Lewis and Sam, hallway extended living room and kitchen was all completed within 2 days. Lovely pair of lads with great people skills, would highly recommend them for anyone wanting effective and efficient work carried out with down to earth people. Stephen was excellent, I needed a fixing for a blind, the fixing had come off the wall. Stephen not only fixed this but also noticed that the opposite end fixing was also loose. He did this as well and did not charge for the extra time it took. Stephen was polite and efficient. Blind works well and feels like the fixings are now solid. Could not ask for more. Very pleased.
