Ben was joy to deal with. So helpful. He project managed the job as I was busy settling into my new role at work. They refurbished the bathroom and kitchen beautifully and arranged all the right people to be doing the work at all the right times. Also kept me informed all the way along and sent me photo s and voice notes and were exceptionally helpful with adhoc tasks. Saint developments completed a Chimney rebuild for me and I can't recommend them highly enough! Craig and jamie come out and priced the job on time which was great and started the job when they said they would, and also finished on time. They were extremely tidy and professional and done an amazing job on the chimney it looked even better than I imagined. I believe there are plenty of clients out there who want to receive the services from someone who has the skills, experience, and technical knowledge to give the attention and the result they expect.
I chose Peter from a group of 3 builders who came to look at the job. Peter's quotation and scheduling were both very comprehensive and precise. Moreover, he has rigorously stuck to both. Most importantly ( for me anyway) the standard of Peter's work is exceptionally high, he attends to every little detail- clearly he is a perfectionist!. He is also a very creative thinker who will always come up with a solution to any of the those little issues that arise during building work. He is clearly very highly qualified and competent. He is also very thoughtful and considerate of the family and does his utmost to avoid disruption and mess as best he can. I had a kitchen extension built - whilst still having to use the original kitchen - and with the use of temporary walls and screens, Peter ensured I was still able to use it. I would highly recommend Peter for any building project you might be considering. Another point of interest , all of the other trades that came in ( electricians, plumbers etc) all said that they really liked working with Peter because they know that when he makes arrangements, they can take those timings to the bank !
