We had just bought a first time home and the dining room floor was bowl shaped. As we have a baby, the job of digging up a floor, and with only three weeks left to move in, we needed the job done quick! Duncan and Dan were quick to quote, responsive to questions, and got on with the job. The job threw a curve ball as it was assumed to be a suspended floor (new joists and floor boards to be put in), but it turned out to be a poorly concreted floor filled in from once being a suspended floor. No matter the issue, they were able to change tact. We now have a properly concreted floor that, importantly, is level. They were professional throughout and friendly. I highly recommend them and I will call on them for future work.

I started of completing a craft mason apprenticeship then went on to learn more about management and regulations in the building trade. I was employed by a local company for 16 years and went on to run my own company. All our jobs are completed by my employees giving me more control over quality of work and durations of jobs, we don't use outside trades who I know nothing about and don't know there standard of work. I have 2 sub contractors only and they are my electrician and plumber who I have now used for 4 years. I enjoy my work and satisfaction of giving my clients a quality job and as least stress to them as possible as building work on your home can be stressful so I always have that in mind. I take on all aspects of building extensions,new builds,renovations and small works jobs ie garden refurbishments, driveways and resin bound drive surfaces.

We cannot recommend Matthew highly enough, he came and quoted quickly and was very reasonable compared to other quotes we had received. Matthew told us the time he was available and started on the day he had confirmed, he communicated with us all the way through the process. The finished patio looks amazing and he and Shane also moved in the gravel that we had to go around it. Matthew takes a great deal of pride in what he does, which is refreshing. This guy Simon is absolutely brilliant. From start to finish a truly professional and well organized chap. Quotation received within a few days giving varying scenarios of what I could do to strengthen my fence for future storms. Arrived on time, re-used one of my old panels, installed 4 concrete posts+trays and 3 new panels. All debris and knackered panels and posts removed. I highly recommend this company and I wish Simon all the best for the future and if I need any further building work/fencing he will be the one to contact. Josh and Team provided building services for the remodeling & extension of my house from July 2017 for 7 months. For this work Josh and team's skills included: blockwork walling with a curved wall and archway, cement rendering & internal skim and parge coating with trims, GRP roofing work including trims & rainwater, internal studwork, structural timber and erecting a steelwork, roof and wall cladding in board and cedar, installing doors and windows, digging out and casting new slabs and footings with rebar, pinning & propping walls and careful demolition, installing below ground drains & manholes and laying pavers. As an architect I am used to working with and instructing builders so I managed the other trades and had separate carpenters/ joiners & M & E trades. I really enjoyed working with JB and team on this project. JB worked to an hourly rate which included their plant and some fixings with both JB and I procuring building materials & organizing the scaffolding & waste & recycling. I found JB and his team to be honest, courteous, good with time and charging, hardworking and they had a positive go-to and hands on attitude even in bad weather.
