Patrick and his gang have a competitive quote for the work described and we hired him on that basis. As soon as we hired him he stated he had underquoted and asked if we could possibly pay a bit more. We were a bit surprised but we agreed provided we would get a good job. The job went ahead and it was completed to nothing more than a reasonable standard. The fencing was excellent but the flagging left a lot to be desired for supposed groundworkers. We did pay Patrick in full but it was only when it rained we realised our mistake. Water gathered all down the side return of the property in a large pool. We contacted Patrick and he came back to look. He then agreed to fix the area he felt responsible for but not what he was actually responsible for. Again we accepted and he promised he would be in touch. Of course we never heard from him for some time until he finally contacted us to say it would be better if we found someone & he would give us £100 towards the materials. We had no choice. We have now finally had it fixed and Patrick has gone missing. No contact, no £100 and no repair. I wouldn't recommend these groundworkers.

They initially gave a fair price and a date and timeline that fitted with our needs. Subsequently they over ordered on the bricks so we had over 100+ expensive London bricks left over and they under ordered on sand and cement.(Luckily the shop took them back but we had to deliver them there) The job took far longer than they had said although the poor weather did not help much which could not be helped. The worst was that the wall was finished so that the latch of the gate could not be fitted as the wall was a bit too long! The wall looks good but their customer service and time given for job as well as ordering materials needs some improvements. They are pleasant workers, not rude in speaking

Too bad! He look the contract for garden and driveway and got a lot of work from our references in our neighbourhood. But his work has started wearing of after 3 months now. He had done the roof installation for our shed but when it rained water flooded in and inspide of repeated calls and false promises he never turned back and ran away. His carpenter was rubbish and according to Larry he had been doing his job for 30 years but his work is rubbish he spoiled our windows big time. A fortune wasted when the work goes in wrong hands. I wish I could have uploaded the pictures, I have all the evidence for that. His dads temperament is so stressful and the way he comes and shouting at you when he himself has done wrong, it's a nightmare. Ours was a big job and costed about 21k just to get the outside sorted. I would still say that Larry is a hard working guy and polite too but he should noy take up the work which he doesn't specialises. It was a lot of money and he left all in a mess and ran away. We had so much stress getting the work sorted by another builder and paid for the same work twice.

On the first job, four foot high graffiti text removed from textured glass bricks on front elevation of house. The team were punctual, conscientious and completed the task to a high standard.The second job was to clean the exterior panels on four sides of the house and again this was done efficiently with no effort spared in cleaning up surrounding areas not included in the quote. I would definitely recommend this firm.
