Depending on your project’s size and nature, these services can be tailored to fit residential, commercial, or infrastructure needs.

How long does groundwork usually take for a project in Shepherds Bush?

The duration depends on factors such as site size, soil conditions, and project complexity. Small residential groundwork might take a few days to a couple of weeks, while larger commercial sites can require several weeks or months, accounting for weather and site accessibility.

Are groundworkers familiar with environmental or planning regulations specific to Shepherds Bush?

What insurance should a groundwork contractor have?

Groundwork contractors should have public liability insurance to protect against accidental damage or injury on site. If the business employs staff or takes on larger projects, they may also hold employer liability and contract works insurance. Always ask to see proof of insurance before work begins to ensure you’re fully covered.

Can groundworkers work during bad weather?

If the weather makes the site unsafe or unsuitable, your contractor will likely pause work and reschedule for better conditions.
