Get in touchThe person I dealt with was very nice and professional, but I needed the job completed urgently. After the test failed, I had the work finished by someone else. However, he refused to retest or issue a certificate, stating they can’t approve work they didn’t complete. I was willing to pay for the retest, so this response felt unreasonable. If the work meets standards, it should pass regardless of who completed it. This experience has left me disappointed and confused.
