Jason came to look at our boiler and heating controls and we couldn't be happier. He was incredibly patient with all our questions — we're new to this house and its 15-year-old system, and he took the time to explain everything in plain English rather than just rattling off jargon. He talked us through the thermostat options honestly and helped us work out which one actually suited our home and budget, and gave us straightforward, no-pressure advice on our boiler replacement options too, including what was and wasn't worth spending money on. Friendly, clearly very experienced, and genuinely informative — you can tell he wants you to understand your own heating system, not just sell you something. We are booking him again for our boiler replacement in 10 days! Looking forward to finally having a fully working heating system before winter !

Firstly, Syed and his workmate were very responsive and provided a quick turnaround for making appointment. Secondly, they were always on time. This seems obvious but I’ve been so shocked at how much people do not really care about being in time. They were spot on and so professional. Thirdly, their inspection and work schedule were clear and easy to understand. Also no hidden cost. Finally, they conducted their work smoothly and as scheduled. Very Happy with the Service offered by David. Came to have a look on short notice and was ahead of the initial agreed time which is really helpful as I was looking for someone to have a look at the current hot water issue I have been having with my boiler and provide an immediate solution. Very Friendly and communicative about the problem and was around to see the issue has been definitely resolved before he left the place. No half measures at all. Very nominal from a pricing perspective as well. Would definitely make use of his services for future work and would recommend to everyone who is looking for a good professional who knows his job.
