We gave Joe what I thought would be a difficult job - replacing a non-standard sized door in a wall that's not straight, and the old door had warped because it was so close to the heat of the shower. But he was amazing! New door is solid and cut down to fit, and he even found a handle that matched all the others in the house. Work was done quickly and efficiently, and we were very pleased with the results. We are already talking to Joe about getting him back to do other jobs around the house, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

Shaun was very polite and friendly. He had to contacted me and since he was able to attend the property the same day to fix the window was good. Although not having the correct hinges, required them to order the correct parts. When they attempt to initially fix it, it had damaged the original hinge which left the window open, allow cold air in to the bedroom. They had to come back a few days later and once we had spoken to them, they did it as soon as the new parts arrived. Overall good experience, understanding and rectified the issue. Thank you very much

Jack came to replace our sash windows and I was really happy with the whole experience. He showed up on time, was friendly and easy to have around the house, and got straight to work. You could tell he cares about your home — he put down carpet sheets as well as dust sheets throughout the property before starting, and was always quick to get back to me if I had any questions. He even sent voice notes to walk me through the more technical bits, which I found really helpful. The finished work speaks for itself — good quality materials, clean craftsmanship, nothing to fault. I was a bit wary going in, having had a few rough experiences with contractors before and it's made me nervous especially with these bigger jobs. But Jack was really accommodating about that, and he over-delivered on every front and was a genuine pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend him!!

The Wallington fitter should provide a clear timeline for how long the installation will take. A typical installation can take anywhere from a few hours to several days, depending on the complexity of the job and the number of doors being fitted.
