Arturas and his team have done an outstanding job in a complex, full-flat renovation involving structural work, floor levelling, complete electrical rewire, complete re-plumbing including pumps and heater, full bathroom and kitchen fitting, basically everything. I honestly could not have hired a better builder. Quality: the team is exceptionally dedicated and diligent, following the design to the millimetre, reading every specification and installation instruction, being exceedingly careful to ensure everything is done at a high standard. The result speaks for itself - everyone who visited the flat is in awe about the quality of workmanship. Expertise: the team really knows what they are doing. There was nothing they can’t handle, and they found very smart solutions to every problem. They advised me at every step of the way, with patience and clarity. I didn't leave a review at the time the work was completed. Not overly impressed with his work if i am honest. Tiling wasn't particularly good. He was very pricey and then charged and extra £100.00 but wouldn't give/show us the receipt for the extra amount. We think it was because he cut the side panel of the bath wrong and had to buy another one so passed on the expense. Tiling around the sides of the bath already leaking and coming through to the ceiling in the kitchen. I am going to have to have it completely re-done and will be looking for another bathroom fitter asap

Issue – No hot water Rating Punctuality: (10) Told me he was going to arrive at 4:30 and knocked on my door at 4:15 Quality of work: (10) The job took longer than expected but Isaac clearly explained what the issues were and kept me up to date on what he was doing. I really liked that he took his time to check everything over before starting. Asking lots of questions about the issue. The boiler had to be taken off the wall to replace the broken parts and this is want took up most of his time. Cost: (10) Gave me a quote and the job ended up being cheaper than I expected. Tidiness: (10) I told Isaac that I would tidy up after he left, but he insisted on working late and tidy up himself 😊. He mopped the floor and made sure everything was back in its place before he left that evening. Isaac is a friendly guy and knows a lot about his profession. He also gave me great product advice on boilers. After years of looking, I finally have a plumber name saved into my phone contacts. S

Mr Harley came to my address as I had problems with my boiler and flow of water. As my boiler was over ten years old he advised me to changed it which I agreed to a more energy efficient boiler. He installed a Worcester Bosch system boiler with mega flow and eight radiators with thermostatic valves. He arrived on time as we agreed and workmen ship was up to high standards and completed on time and left the property tidy. Will be using Harley services again in the future for other work.
