Jav called soon after I'd shortlisted him for the job. We discussed the scope and he was able to provide me with an instant and reasonable quote. When he came to do the work the next (working) day I showed him around and then left him to it, to find all in working order on my return. Nice guy, very friendly and helpful. Zak (Shah) was great. He contacted me promptly, arrived on time, understood the problem quickly, and got to work remedying it straight away. This was a complex problem that had baffled two prior Gas Engineer but Zak handled it with ease. He completed the problem in 2 hours for a very reasonable fee. Zak identified some other issues and quickly and easily rectified those for me at the same time. At the end of the job, Zak gave me a written job sheet that detailed the problem and the remedies he had carried out. All work was finished to a high standard and Zak cleaned up after himself. Highly recommended for any gas or plumbing works.
