Adam came at short notice and arrived on time. He is very knowledgeable and honest in his assessment and provided us with number of options. We decided to change boiler as didn’t want ongoing issues with the water tanks, pump and boiler. He gave us a very competitive quote to remove all tanks and move boiler to a new position. The work was carried out within days, it was completed on time, very clean and tidy and at the price that was agreed even though he had to get a larger boiler then agreed as that was only one available and we had a deadline to meet with tenants moving in. Overall extremally happy, very professional and would highly recommend.

Lee quoted a price for the job, as I described it. The job involved a bit more than I hoped. He cut out part of the cupboard, to get to the pipe. He then put on an adapter, or whatever it’s called, lol. He the put a chain on my cooker, attaching it to the wall. Completed a gas safety check. All this, for the quote we agreed! I couldn’t recommend LLC more highly. Great service, very friendly. Thank you Lee, for getting me connected. I still have your card, and will call when I need a gas service.

I charge £120 for the first hour and £60 there after plus parts. I don’t like to over price jobs or under price jobs . I just want everyone to be happy. I’m honest trustworthy. HONESTLY IS THE BEST POLICY . I do boiler brake downs , boiler installation and full heating systems installation and services I am reliable hard working and don’t stop until the job is done to the best of my ability I go above and beyond to make the costumer happy. And if you want a service done on your boiler properly. I advise you get a gas certificate. It’s an extra cost but you know it’s done properly. Because it will be logged and you will have a copy of everything what is required on a service. And the engineer has to keep his copy for 3years by law. Parts supplied may include a handling and warranty margin

Tom was obviously well trained, highly intelligent and very pleasant. He sorted out the problem with the underfloor heating with quiet efficiency and cheerfulness, and also kindly carried out additional jobs that needed attention.
