The same problem manifested within a week. Even though he gave assurance to let him know if anything went wrong, he insisted on charging again for close to full original amount for call out because time had lapsed which we explained was due to a miscommunication between tenant and agents for failed to convey messages. Would not use again.

The plumber, Phil Davies from Select Heating Solutions, has not completed the agreed work, despite having received full payment. The agreed contract involved relocating the boiler from one room to the kitchen, connecting all radiators, and providing a gas safety certificate. While he has completed approximately 70% of the job, there is still work outstanding, including fixing one radiator on the wall and connecting the boiler and controller. For the past four weeks, I have repeatedly asked him to return and finish the job, especially as I must move house and have a newborn baby at home. Each time, he promises to come the following week but fails to show up. In our most recent conversation, he stated that he is too busy and cannot confirm when he will be able to complete the work. I have attached screenshots of our text messages and proof of payment via bank transfer for reference. Do not hire The plumber.
