Is avoiding investigating an issue with the new unit fitted. Replaced an old worn out toilet flusher unit in a family bathroom, all seemed like a job well done and would have been happy to hire again. A couple of months on it’s developed a leak into the bowl, I tried getting in touch by email, MyBuilder message and phone for it to be checked out as it’s wasting water and causing issues in a house with two young children. Eventually got a message back suggesting it’s debris issue caused by in-cistern cleaning blocks, which I do not use, and I’ve already checked for debris. Now ignoring my messages and has not investigated the problem with the unit he installed. Not impressed at all and will not be using again.

Ashley was able to come on the same day as he accepted the job and kept in touch about what time he would be arriving (not many people do that so it was a welcome surprise!) He was very professional and found the problem quickly. He also looked at a couple of other things for me which he didn't have to do as I had not specified them in the original request. Overall, really good service and I would definitely use ASC plumbing and heating again.
