We can't rate Dave highly enough. He initially came to disconnect and remove our gas hob but ended up giving us advice and suggestions on issues we had with a kitchen refurbishment and then helping us with an issue with the boiler. This was all in his own time after he had completed the job and nothing was too much trouble. His price for the job was competitive and we have already asked him to come back at the end of the summer to service the boiler. We will definitely be recommending him to family and friends. It is so lovely to find someone so knowledgeable, experienced and who goes the extra mile.

Phil was tasked with removal of old boilers (2 properties), removal of old pipe work and re-install new heating system. Also to remove and reinstall kitchen plumbing and electrics for a new kitchen install, plus various electrical items around the property. All work was quoted and then completed on time to the agreed budget. Any additional extras were agreed in advance so no shock last minute payment requests. I would recommend Phil, infact I already have him helping my parents!

The owner, Carl, serviced my Worcester boiler, but the experience ultimately led to a serious concern about unfair and inflated pricing on the second visit. An overcharge of around £168. This is by far the hardest review I have written in my life. George came to visit the site and checked all my boxes: He was technical and experienced within his field, he had a great personality, he had a competitive quote and I had a good feeling about him. I was happy I found him. Now 1st there was a bit of delay to start on my side because of Building Control people. I reconnected with George on Dec 24th. Sent him enquiry of more work including Underfloor Heating. Didn’t hear back from him. Chased him on Dec 30th. Got a response promptly. This where things actually go wrong: He asks me if I have ordered the parts. He is the plumber and he hasn’t given me any details but I am magically expected to have parts ready! Then he wants a site visit (fair enough) and needs postcode. Few minutes later he says 1K of parts might not be enough and I need to pay advance of 1K to get the work going! We went from not knowing the postcode to 1K of parts not enough and full advance in just mins!

Yordan and his aprentice are very pleasent people and did a good job..Next day i noticed thst our shower head rod had come loose from the wall which they came the very next day and fixed it. Our boiler was giving some problem and phoned Yordan to ask what might be the problem and he explined what might be wrong. I would 100% reccomand hI'm to other people and will use him myself again.
