Very quick response to initial request and home visit soon after. Suggestions of what fault could be and options available given and advised course of action fully explained clearly. Decided on boiler service (as typiclla yhre fault didn't occur during his initial visit). Easy to arrange an appointment and service was carried out thoroughly and tidily. Friendly service. Will use again. Also advised on work done by a previous engineer which wasn't quite compliant so that I could decide how best to get that sorted.

The quote was fair but he got someone else to do everything so I'm not not sure if that person was qualified. He was there all the time looking and chatting with the guy doing it. He was not so well prepared as there was wet everywhere as he didn't have cloth with him. He doesn't give any advice as for example he could have tell me to change the stopcock as it was extremely tight. It was just common sense to change it.
