I required my boiler to be serviced at short notice as the certificate had run out. I would thoroughly recommend Luke as he provided a very professional service. Luke was polite, quick to attend and extremely good at keeping in contact. His work is to a high standard and asked relevant questions. I needed a new boiler as the old one after many years had given up. I approached a number of companies with mixed results but finally decided to go with Clearwater Property Services. I felt at ease talking with John who made things very easy to understand and provided a clear schedule which was required as both my wife and myself work full time.John provided a fantastic service. Very pleasant to talk to and did not come across as your usual trader. Although not the cheapest quote I received, John is proof that you get what you pay for and I certainly felt that the quality workmanship, friendliness and professionalism provided was worth every penny.
