We contacted Tim because we had a problem with a leaking pipe in our ceiling. Tim responded to all our messages very quickly and had the job completed in a short time. Tim also kept to the same price even though the job became more complicated than anticipated. Tim was very punctual and polite. We would definitely recommend him and use him again.

AVOID!!!!!! Extremely rude and horrible engineer, we would not recommend him at all. We required a tap replacing and had quotes from multiple engineers for £50-£60 and when he approached us he said his price is £100 which we thought is extremely expensive. He agreed a price of £60 in the end so we agreed to hire him. He completed a job for us and we told him we would make payment once we get home from work as we did not have our pin-sentry for our banking app. We received sarcastic text messages from the engineer saying 'your infront of your screen, do the payment' when we already explained this to him prior giving the job that we we're unable to do so till after work. He sent me an invoice for £70 which we questioned and he started sending us threatening messages saying he will go back to our property and remove the tap which we paid for. This is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and unprovoked so we had to screenshot his messages and pics and reported him to the police, please don't use him.
