Neil recently completed a job for me, replacing radiators, taps and a pump. After having hired a lot of plumbing engineers over the years, Neil has been the best. Neil is professional, polite and hard working. He worked efficiently and neatly throughout the job and kept me updated. As the heating was off during a cold spell he put in a lot of effort to ensure he could get the system running as soon as possible. Neil is also honest - he will not fabricate work in order to increase his work. In fact, on this job he came up with an extremely practical solution for one of the tasks which saved me significantly on time costs. I cannot rate Neil highly enough. I will be using him in the future for certain.

This is by far the hardest review I have written in my life. George came to visit the site and checked all my boxes: He was technical and experienced within his field, he had a great personality, he had a competitive quote and I had a good feeling about him. I was happy I found him. Now 1st there was a bit of delay to start on my side because of Building Control people. I reconnected with George on Dec 24th. Sent him enquiry of more work including Underfloor Heating. Didn’t hear back from him. Chased him on Dec 30th. Got a response promptly. This where things actually go wrong: He asks me if I have ordered the parts. He is the plumber and he hasn’t given me any details but I am magically expected to have parts ready! Then he wants a site visit (fair enough) and needs postcode. Few minutes later he says 1K of parts might not be enough and I need to pay advance of 1K to get the work going! We went from not knowing the postcode to 1K of parts not enough and full advance in just mins!

I did hire Aiden De Winter for the job. He came and inspected the problem and sent us a link to purchase a new pump. I paid him for this work. We purchased a new pump, and he decided not to finish the job and come back to install the pump. This caused a lot of problems as he was the second plumber I hired for this job, and now we have to find a third plumber! What a waste.. how hard is it to come back and fit the pump! Do not use this company at all costs!
