Get in touchPhoned 1 day Middday and have visit and quotation same afternoon. Exactly 54hrs later had boiler installed and working and kitchen tided up. Shared with Charlie the urgency and have had 3 Engineers in 1 afternoon to speed up the job. Some people may have charged extra for that but not Charlie. I found the installation was fair price / going rate but the service was top notch. Have to say Charlie and Angus Engineering are true professionals with a great Customer skills. Rating: 3.2 out of 5 3.255 reviewsGet in touchWhen Alex (Aqua Pro) did the job , he fitted our new bath for (which he also sourced for us) and we were very happy with the initial installation (fitting well with a pre existing wet wall).. however when he was boxing it in/fitting the side panels.. he said he couldn’t use the panels that came with the bath.. and I was surprised when he asked for my old wooden panels to fit them instead. I was just about to Chuck them out, so it was “lucky” I kept them. Everything looked good when he left, but when we got in the bath or shower the bath would squeak loudly and this is because there is space between bath and supporting wood and panels. It needs to be rechecked and the problem needs to be addressed. I have contacted Alex 3 times.. first time I was “rubbered”. 2nd time he said he would pop in at the end of the week.. he didn’t, so I asked again yesterday. Nothing back.Latest review:Plumbing-
