Liam reconnected and safety checked my gas fire. He called to arrange a time convenient to me (a 5.30pm appointment was perfect for me!). He was polite, made sure he kept the carpet/floor clean from soot and mess. He explained everything as he worked and did a brilliant job. My cat even took a shine to him too! I would 100% ask Liam to carry out any other work I had which was gas related. Thanks Liam!

They did not come at the designated time, and did not correctly contact me to rearrange plans. I missed an important meeting waiting for their service because nobody was answering the phone. I was also upsold and they suggested for me to pay for a service which was 3x more expensive than it was supposed to be. I asked to be compensated with time but to which they agreed to but when I went to check, they had already gone early. Overall not the greatest experience, and felt a bit swindled but the basic mowing of the lawn and cutting of weeds was done so there is that.

Install new boiler and new radiators, the quote was reasonable, and he completed the work on time as promised. He is very helpful and has excellent knowledge of all types of work, including tiling, plumbing, drainage, and electrical. He even gave me ideas for a new toilet, even though it was not part of his job. I am very happy with his work and would happily recommend him to anyone.

Very happy. Really nice guy very professional. Turned up quickly to replace my leaking tap and went above and beyond and made sure I was happy with everything. There was an issue with my old bath panel and he even went out to get me a new one and replaced it for me. Very polite and great customer service. He was very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend. The price was fair and all the work was of excellent quality and carried out with care.
