Jim is friendly, good at explaining everything and happy to take his time to make sure we were happy with all the work - even following up a few days later to check all was ok. His invoice was easy and clear with lots of information showing us exactly what it was we were being charged for. We will use Jim again for any plumbing jobs. For info, he sorted out a noisy radiator, carried out a boiler service, replaced some old and worn out parts to fix two radiators as well as gave us advice on other maintenance we could consider to improve our central heating system (should we wish to).

We needed our extractor fan ventilation fixed due to a problem with water dripping through onto the bathroom floor. Terry quoted us quickly with a reasonable price.
