Kirt and his team did a great job relocating and installing a boiler and cylinder tank at my parent's house, including pipework, fitting a flue and changing all the radiators. The job was completed over 4 days with good comms throughout, and they tidied up after themselves as they went along. My parents now have a warm house to come home to after 3/4 years of using electric heaters, so it's really appreciated. Thank you!

Disappointed! Unfortunately, I am still waiting for Kai to come back and sort out the continuous noise of the pump and to remove the appalling plumbing outside, which rather not acceptable to a standard plumbing work of a professional plumber. A professional plumber came to replace the broken water heater and he was shocked at the finished job. I send him emails, texts to follow up when he is coming back to remove the plumbing outside and I have the date given which is the 8th of June but no time. Surprisingly, he is still in Birmingham, this is already a week since his last call. I am still holding my breath if this suboptimal job will be rectified. I can change this feedback once, this will be sorted to the standard as expected with the money I spent.

Martin did an excellent job. Martin contacted me (phone call) to fully understand what was needed, gave a price estimate and managed to fit me to carry out the works today. Worth mentioning that he is registered in the Gas Safe Registry and provided all his details to put my mind at rest that he is a professional in the industry. He came and did the job. It took a bit longer than I anticipated so I decided to give him a little extra for his time as a thank you, despite not being asked for this. I know for most this job is of no interest and therefore people tend to charge more for the trouble. Martin's price was very reasonable and therefore I recommend his services 100%. Sometimes a job lead might not earn you a fortune but the referral and word of mouth really pays off at the end of the day. He thinks in the same way. Hope my honest review gives you more leads and work. My cats for sure will be very thankful with the extra warmth. Will share proof of this a bit later! :-)
