We were really impressed with their politeness, professionalism and sound knowledge along with advising what would look good and practical for future jobs. The work they completed is to a really good standard and was finished well. They even tidied up after the work was done which was good to see. Dan did all the electrics for my complete new kitchen re-fit. He had to install a new consumer unit as well as instal the electrics for the new oven and kitchen units. He also installed a new set of spot lights. His work was to a high standard he was professional and approachable and explained everything. He fitted the electrical work around the kitchen fitter and at no time was I left waiting days and days for the electrician to turn up which was the experience of many people I know who had a new kitchen fitted. Was so impressed with Dan that I have already asked him to install spotlights in the living room.

The job was to add off-peak switches to two storage heaters and installing an additional consumer unit. Although Mohammed and a colleague of his did their best to complete the job, I could see that they did not have much experience with storage heaters. Had to wait till the next morning to see if the system worked overnight and it did not. Mohammed came for a second time after a few weeks and changed the fuse on the off-peak switches from 10 to 20 amp. Despite saying he'd be happy to come if the problem isn't solved, he did not get back to my message. I paid what was asked without any negotiations at the end of the first day and now I have to call another electrician.
